Select Rates Groups List from the Rate Settings menu on the left side bar. Edit by clicking on the Group name, or create new using the green New button.
Purpose Descriptions are used when selecting the purpose for a flight or a load.
If “Available for all public requests” is set to Yes, that purpose code will be available to all users on the public request portal, even to those who aren’t logged in.
Note: Flight Purpose Code and Purpose Description must also be complete.
