FlightSpan™ Ops Release Notes 4.3.7

New Features:

• Added the ability to print baggage tags for cargo loads on a payment or on a manifest. See the documentation for details.

• Added a “Schedule Payment” button to the payment view details page (after creating a charge account Payment, refresh the page to get the button to appear)

• Added the ability to set a Flight Title for a scheduled flight

• Flight Title is visible on the Scheduling Calendar

• Added the ability to see the Flight Title only; crew initials and Flight Title; or crew first name and last initial on the monthly flight schedule using the new “Two Line Display” dropdown option.

Changes:

• Optimized the flight request leg form to prevent confusion between calculated flight time and additional flight time when creating payments and scheduled flights from requests

• Added a new input on time-based quotes, flight requests and payment loads to give the user the ability to control whether additional flight time (in excess of calculated flight time) effects the scheduled flight leg time or not when dropped onto the scheduling calendar.

• Allowed the first leg of a flight request to be deleted if it is not the only leg
• Added a company location filter to the Loads on Standby Report and allowed CSV export of the Cargo On Standby List
• Added two new billing export formats

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug caused by time-based payment loads being able to be created without an associated aircraft type
• Fixed a bug with scheduled flight fuel weight calculation when aircraft type fuel unit differs from the primary tank’s capacity unit
• Fixed a bug with a receipt being unlinked from a payment when still open in a separate window
• Fixed a bug with the public request portal allowing use of inactive accounts
• Fixed a bug on the create request page preventing account search from working
• Fixed bug with additional payment transaction validation not always working as it should
• Fixed a bug with the aircraft configuration form not saving the final seat added to the aft compartment
• Fixed a bug with an incompatible configuration being assigned to a manifest by switching aircraft on a scheduled flight
• Fixed a bug with child loads not inheriting their parent’s linked request leg
• Fixed a bug with archived and inactive aircraft types showing in the dropdown when editing runways and viewing the pilot endorsements list
• Fixed two small bugs with undesired reordering and lingering text in the quote route form
