New Features

Incomplete loads from the EFB are now included in an Incomplete Loads section on the Flight Record. See the documentation for details.

You may now customize the appearance of the public flight request portal by adding your company logo and setting a color scheme. See the documentation for details.

When deleting documents from a location other than the Documents List, the confirmation window now displays all links.

Installed emergency equipment for flight plans can now be defined for each aircraft in the fleet

Departure and Arrival fuel are now included in the flight legs form on the completed Flight Record

On the Flight Request form in FlightSpan Ops, a section of the form can now be hidden. FlightSpan will remember your last choice for the next time you open the form.

Improved functionality on the Flight Request form
Added the Max Takeoff Weight and the Company Location Address to manifest reports
Deferred Income Reports are now filtered by location
Routes can now be bulk exported in all available formats
ETD has been added to the General Declaration form
Staff Time Off requests now account for weekends (based on company work shifts) and company holidays
Flights selectable for fuel transactions and fuel audits are now available up to 20 days before and after the effective date
Format styling is now removed when pasting text to a report customization to avoid report errors

Garmin route exports were excluding duplicate waypoints in route
Sometimes staff roles erroneously showed out of sync
Locked cash entries and payment load refunds inherited their parent’s deferred transferred date upon creation
GenDec report was missing a passenger when there were no flight attendants and only one jump seat passenger
Cash Payment load from a schedule was not linked when toggling the allow linking incomplete payment checkbox
Custom report name groups were incorrect
Scheduled flights did not save when updating crew or status from the scheduling calendar
Deferred income reports were not properly handling locked cash
Created fuel transactions that matched previous transactions
Missing icons when we updated software versions

Aircraft Type EFB Preferences
- Minimum Takeoff Rotation Speed – FlightSpan will calculate a linear speed reduction down to this weight

- Flight Plan: Default Remarks – you can set default text to appear in the remarks section of all ICAO flight plans
