Bug Fixes
- Scheduled flight leg cruise altitude was blank when created from a payment or request
- Fatigue Status timeline could get stuck
- Past rosters and schedules were not excluded uniformly on all views / calculations
- When using the default time based rate the load was flagged as using the wrong rate
- Loads Flown Purpose Report failed with certain rate configurations
- Pilots were showing as endorsed on the scheduled flight dropdown when they were not endorsed on the active aircraft type
- Only superusers could link a Rate from a Role
- The Database Export Report (runway aircraft type data) had some inaccurate data
