New Features

Added the ability to sync the scheduling calendar with a Microsoft Outlook calendar
Price Line Items based on the parent time based (charter) rate can now be included on the child loads

Added the ability to use cash denominations with more than one specific payment type

Added additional information and customization to boarding passes
Added the ability to set company default boarding minutes, as well as the ability to set different boarding minutes for individual waypoints from the Waypoint Detail. The boarding minutes can be displayed on the boarding pass.

Added auto fill of weight based on the company default pax weight in the Flight Request and Scheduled Flight forms

Improved the passenger itemization process on Flight Requests when itemizing passengers.

Improved the Payment creation from a Flight Request when there is an itemized passenger count and/or weight mismatch.

Enhanced the Destination Manifest report to include all arriving and departing loads, including non-manifest loads that are on the scheduled flight the manifest is linked to
Added endorsements, inspections, NOTAMs, and airport information to the Complete Manifest report for all waypoints in the linked scheduled flight

Fixed a bug with inaccurate fuel weight on a manifest after switching between aircraft types with different weight units
Fixed a bug with the Pilot Checkout Report and the Complete Manifest Report not acknowledging endorsements that are not aircraft type specific
Fixed a bug on the rostering calendar when staff has either no first name or no last name
Fixed a bug with the scheduled flight title not copying over when a scheduled flight is duplicated
Fixed a bug preventing the ability to void a manual receipt
Fixed a bug with the manifest date and time always showing in UTC in a couple of places
