Enhancements
- You can now create a Custom Staff/User Role based on a Standard Role by creating a parent/child relationship between the Standard Role and the Custom Role, simplifying the process of creating and maintaining Custom Roles. See the documentation for details.
- Non-Manifest Loads on a Scheduled Flight are now sorted by Order of Leg
- Latest Revision Date is now available as a runway chart element
- On the Waypoint Detail, the editable magnetic variation field has been replaced with an uneditable, automatically calculated magnetic variation
- A Security Check Date field has been added to passenger details, along with a Company Custom Setting to determine when to flag that the security check as expired
- FlightSpan now tracks passenger age based on the date of birth and the date of the flight
- A Location field has been added to the Flight Record. The Flight Record Location is automatically set based on the aircraft assigned to that location, but the location can also be changed manually.
- The baggage tags label is now editable, and baggage tags can be printed in landscape as described here
- The signature block height on the Gen Dec form has been increased
- ETD and ETA have been added to internal scheduling views and reports, and the schedule displayed on the EFB is now governed by internal rules rather than public rules
- Loads flown on future flights (related to selected billing period) are now included in the Netsuite 5 Deferred Income Export
Bug Fixes
- Chart overhead and profile images were not uploading
- Restored the “Require Hobbs and Flight Time Match” Aircraft Type Preference that was accidentally deleted. Note: The default setting is “Yes”.
- Payment Load flight hours were not matching the Payment Load flight hours total on a Payment invoice
- The location filter was not working in the Netsuite 5 Cash Billing Export for Lock Cash
- Scheduled flight links were being transferred to refund/locked cash loads
- Payment Load tags were not being populated from the associated account when the Payment was created from a Flight Request
- Invoice price lines were out of order
- Aircraft Weighing Results List “Active” filter did not function
- Exceedances were not corrected when the event time frame was updated to be fully within the evaluation window

New Company Custom Setting
- Passenger Security Check Validity – Defines the validity period (in days) for passenger security checks.
New Company EFB Preference
- v2 Auto-Dismiss ACK Type Message Replies – When set to Yes, “Acknowledge” messages from the v2 website will be automatically dismissed on the Message Tab. When set to No, the pilot must dismiss any “Acknowledge” message.
New Aircraft Type EFB Preference
- Max Seats for Schedule – Set the maximum number of seats that are displayed on internal schedule and public calendar views. This does not prevent the flight coordinator from scheduling additional seats when creating the flight schedule.
