Select Fuel Inventory Status from the Fuel Management menu on the lower left.
Fuel is listed alphabetically by waypoint. By default, only fuel owned by your company is displayed.

Sort by clicking on the column headers, filter by the dropdown lists, or search using the search boxes.
Hover over the fuel quantity for details. Click on the fuel quantity to be taken to the Fuel Transactions List

Note: With Simple fuel management, no hover information is displayed since only the total fuel quantity is shown.
The Fuel Transactions List will be pre-filtered for all transactions for the selected company for that fuel type at that location.

New Fuel Audit
While most fuel audits are recorded on the EFB and uploaded to FlightSpan™ Ops, you can create a new audit by clicking the green New Fuel Audit button from either the Fuel Inventory Status list,

Or from the top left of the Fuel Transactions List.

Complete the time, waypoint, and Audited By fields. Select a different fuel owner if needed; your company will be selected by default.
The default account number will be prefilled.

Note: The account number on an audit transaction is used to charge any audit differences.
For Advanced fuel management, if you enter the number of containers, the Liters, Gallons, and Containers fields are automatically populated, based on the containers or fractions of containers entered. The number of Containers With Fuel is also automatically calculated based on the assumption that whole containers are full.
If you enter either liters or gallons, the other fuel unit, the number of Containers, and the Containers With Fuel will all be automatically calculated.

Adjust the number of Containers With Fuel and the Empty Containers as needed to reflect the actual count, and add any notes as needed, then save.

When using the Simple fuel management, no containers will be displayed, and only the total volume of fuel needs to be entered.
