Post Landing

FlightSpan™ will automatically switch to the Post Landing tab when it senses that the aircraft has landed.

Tap the On The Ground button to send the on the ground report via the v2 tracker.

The calculator will open with the estimated landing fuel prefilled. Enter the actual fuel remaining and tap Done.

The On the Ground button will change to yellow Sending, then to green OTG Sent when confirmation is received from the tracker that the message was successfully received by the v2Track servers.

FlightSpan™ will enter the arrival fuel on the Nav tab and mark the leg complete (grayed out). If the next leg is not a fuel stop, it will also update the next leg’s departure fuel and the W&B tab for the next leg.

Once you have come to a stop, the cooldown timer automatically starts. The cooldown timer will show in the header so that if you navigate away from the Arrival tab during the cooldown period you can still monitor the cooldown timer.

FlightSpan™ will record the last movement of the aircraft as your Block In time.

Complete the after landing checklist if it is switched on for your aircraft.

The checklist is customizable under Aircraft Type EFB Preferences in FlightSpan™ Ops.

If you wish to edit the ATA and Block In manually, tap on the respective time blocks.

Time can be entered by tapping the “Now” button, by typing the time, or by using the arrows to increment up or down. Switch between UTC and Local if desired.

Times entered here will also be updated on the DFR tab.
