FlightSpan 9.1 introduces the ability to use float equipped (straight or amphib) aircraft in FlightSpan.™ Additionally, there are multiple minor enhancements and bug fixes in this release.
New Feature:
- FlightSpan™ now accommodates straight float or amphib type aircraft. Water type landing zones can be managed in FlightSpan Ops™ in the same way that airports and helicopter landing zones are currently managed.
Enhancements:
- More robust method of uploading DFR images
- Alternate fuel units now shown on calculator when entering fuel
- Runway inspection overdue banner color on runway chart tab now customizable
- Added Remain Overnight (RON) checkbox/tracking to duty time screen
New Aircraft Types:
- C208-AM (amphib)
- C208B-MF (minor differences from standard C208B)
